| Description: |
This course provides Category Management core tools and techniques in modular format required to develop a Source Plan and/or elements of a procurement strategy. Modules are facilitated using a highly participative
and experiential approach using case study material. |

To provide an overview of the whole Category Management process with a focus on stages 1-6. |

5 days non-residential. |

| Designed For: |
Category Team members who were not available to join the CFM-T event and
other individuals in the Acquisition Community who require an in depth
understanding of Category Management tools and techniques. *Please note this
course is not open to non-MOD delegates. |
| Objectives: |
By the end of the course delegates will: • Have a basic understanding of the
whole CM process;
• Have applied a variety of tools and techniques to case studies;
• Have the opportunity to present outputs, including initial
options/opportunities/potential benefits to key senior sponsors and
stakeholders;
• Have feedback from senior sponsors and stakeholders on outputs. |
