| Description: |
Classroom based training for supply managers, to provide
them with the skills to manage asset reduction. This course is
mandatory for all Band E staff who are new to the Supply
Discipline and relevant to anyone who has a Supply Line
Management responsibility. This session is part of the
consolidation exercise at the end of mandated courses. This
module can be used as a refresher for all grades |

To give participants a working level understanding of asset
reduction (disposals) procedures within supply management |

Catalogue
Management (CATMAN), Demand Satisfaction & Stock Replenishment (DEMSAT),
Reprovisioning (REPROV), Methods Of Procurement within Supply
(MOPS). |
