| Description: |
This workshop is designed to consolidate the
knowledge gained from Principles of Project Management (PM1),
the e-learning (PM2-PM5), the
Tools and Techniques workshop (PM4) and the Controlling the
Project (PM7). It
has been designed to demonstrate to the delegates some helpful
examination techniques and allow discussion on final queries.
Attendees will then sit the APMP exam on the third day of the
workshop. |
| Aim: |
To provide delegates with the practical skills
necessary to sit the APMP examination. |
| Duration: |
3 days non-residential. The APMP examination
takes place on the third day. |
| Pre-Requisites: |
Successful completion of APMP On-Line Training (PM7).
It is also strongly recommended that delegates make use of the
APMP Practice Exam On-Line Training (APMPES) prior to
attendance. |
| Designed For: |
All staff wishing to gain the APMP qualification,
either for their Level 1 Project Management Licence or for
personal/professional development. |
