Low Value Procurement Training
Course Code V319
Description: Mandatory Computer based course for all Low Value Purchasing Officers covering the fundamental elements of both the Government Procurement Card and paper-based Low Value Purchasing.

The course consists of 11 modules, 1-10 contain the course content, each has a variety of question based activities to gauge the students knowledge and understanding, the 11th consists of an end of course test. The pass mark for this test is 18 out of 20, however 5 of the questions are ‘core’ if one of these ‘core’ questions is answered incorrectly the student will fail.

It is essential that this course is successfully completed prior to receiving a Low Value Purchasing delegation. Failure to provide the Low Value Purchasing Mentor/Manager with a course certificate will result in the applicant not receiving their delegations.

Aim: To provide Low Value Purchasing personnel with the knowledge and comprehension needed to enable them to correctly manage the role of being a Low Value Purchasing Officer.
Duration: 2 Hours Approximately
Pre-Requisites: None
Designed For: Low Value Purchasing Officers and Officers requiring a refresher course.
