| Description: |
This awareness course is aimed at all members of staff (MOD wide)
who are involved in the Through Life Management process. It explores the links
of Through Life Management (TLM) to Through Life Capability Management (TLCM)
and the importance of the Through Life Management Plan (TLMP). This interactive
course explores the importance of adopting a Through Life Strategy from the
outset of a project and throughout the entire project life cycle including: •
Through Life Management and Through Life Capability Management;
• Through Life Management Plan (TLMP);
• Through Life Finance;
• The cost record;
• Through Life Management as a decision making tool;
• The Through Life Management Standard. |

This course is designed for staff requiring an understanding of Through Life Management and the impact on Acquisition and decision making processes. |
