This workshop is the fifth of a series in the Integrated Logistic
Support (ILS) Practitioner Level Programme. It is designed for MOD ILS
Practitioners working towards their ILS Level 2 Licence and Functional
Competence 1 & 2. It builds upon the knowledge acquired via an e-learning course
module which precedes it. |

The aim of this interactive workshop is to instruct and practice delegates in the evaluation of inter-relationships, impacts and alternative support options for a project under demonstration procedures
needed. |

• Successful completion of on-line training module “Support
Solution Coherence & Assurance”. |

| Objectives: |
By the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:
• Evaluate the inter-relationships between the new system under development and
the existing or proposed support infrastructures;
• Evaluate the impact of the new system under development on existing or
proposed support infrastructures;
• Analyse the options for minimising the impact of the new system on existing or
proposed support infrastructures;
• Identify the preferred support infrastructure options for the new system;
• Analyse and select the preferred support infrastructure solution;
• Describe the MOD assurance process for the proposed support solution;
• Evaluate the supplier demonstration of a proposed support solution. |
