completed Commercial Practitioner Workshop 2 (CPW2). For other Commercial staff
and those in the wider acquisition community, there is no pre-requisite. To

components of the procurement of services, and the practice of specifying
service requirements;
• Awareness of the practical considerations of terms of contract and contract
management of services within the organisation;
• Understand the concepts of contract management, and develop awareness of the
components of sound contract management practice;
• Understand performance criteria and their inclusion in contract terms, and an
awareness of performance measures and their application to contract management. |
