Description:	This course covers the key applications for Project Officers and Finance Officers who need to raise or approve Requests for Contract Action using the DE&S Contract Management Tool. Topics covered include: RCA Workbench and Approvals Workflow - Creating RCA's - Headers, Lines , Details, Suppliers, Attachments, Security Permissions, History, Copying RCA's, Submitting an RCA, Approvals Workflow, Amending RCA's, Amending ITT's and Contracts.
Aim:	To provide an overview and hands-on training in the use of the tools.
Duration:	1 day non-residential.
Pre-Requisites:	None.
Designed For:	DE&S Project Officers, DE&S Finance Officers.
Objectives:	By the end of the course delegates will be able to understand and use: • RCA Workbench; • Approvals Workflow; • Understand Rules Based Drafting.
