| Description: |
This on-line course is the second in a sequence of APMP
examination syllabus content. PM3 provides delegates with an understanding of
scope management, scheduling, networks and resource allocation within a project.
It also covers risk management, from how to identify risks through to monitoring
and controlling them. Content is based on the Association for Project Management
(APM) Body of Knowledge 5th Edition (2006). |

Principles of Project Management (PM1/PM1OL) and Projects in
