Principles of Project Management

Description: This course provides delegates with an understanding of the discipline of Project Management and the way in which it can be applied to a wide range of functional roles both within and beyond the community in which they work. 
Aim: To provide delegates with a basic understanding of the discipline of Project Management.
Duration: Two days non-residential.
Pre-Requisites: None.
Designed For: All MOD and non-MOD personnel, irrespective of function or TLB area, who require a basic understanding of Project Management.
