This course provides a basic understanding of the technique of
Investment Appraisal and its use within Project Approvals, decision making, and
tender assessment. |

To provide personnel with an understanding of the principles of
Investment Appraisal and the emphasis placed on its use by the MOD. |
| Duration: |
1 day non-residential. |
| Pre-Requisites: |
Whilst there is no pre-course reading for Project Investment
Appraisal, delegates are strongly advised to attempt the e-learning module for
Investment Appraisal from DA-CMT (formally dblearning) before attending this
course. |

Personnel who are likely to be involved in preparation or
scrutiny of Investment Appraisals. |
