Description: An introduction to Outlook 2003.
Aim: To teach the use of Outlook for managing electronic mail and accessing information. Also for delegates to use Outlook as a diary and information manager.
Duration: 1 day non-residential.
Pre-Requisites: Basic understanding of Windows.
Designed For: Staff unfamiliar with Outlook 2003 who will need to make use of it during the course of their work.
