who need to develop/enhance their negotiation skills. This module is
particularly relevant during Implementation and Supplier Performance Management
stages prior to key supplier negotiations. *Please note this course is not open
to non‑MOD Delegates. |

Objectives: |
By the end of the course delegates will:
• Have reviewed negotiation planning
techniques, in theory and practice, in a safe environment;
• Be equipped with the necessary tools to prepare and carry out successful
negotiations;
• Have identified and planned activities to deliver the team negotiation
strategy. |
