| Description: |
This workshop is the third of a series in the Integrated Logistic
Support (ILS) Practitioner Level Programme. It is designed for MOD ILS
Practitioners working towards their ILS Level 2 Licence and Functional
Competence 1 & 5. It builds upon the knowledge acquired via an on-line course
module which precedes it and delegates will be expected to complete an on-line
facilitated learning exercise, in their own time, after the workshop. |
| Aim: |
In a series of interactive sessions, delegates will be able to identify and formulate the requirements
and procedure for a Target Audience Description (TAD) and a Training Needs
Analysis (TNA).
Delegates will be familiarised with how to start a TAD and TNA and practised in the process, familiarised with what to do with the results of the TAD and TNA, know the importance of the TNA within the ILS process and what the
difficulties are in delivering a maintenance and operator training solution as
part of ILS. |

Analysis” on-line training module. |

| Objectives: |
By the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:
• Define and formulate requirements for a Target Audience Description (TAD) and
Training Needs Analysis (TNA);
• Evaluate the results and required actions from a TNA;
• Apply and incorporate the TNA results to a project and understand the
timescale and other constraints which affect successful delivery. |
