| Objectives: |
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
• Understand the UK policy for co-operation;
• Identify the main advantages and disadvantages of cooperation and the wider
issues which need to be considered when examining the scope for a co-operative
programme;
• Identify the international fora for co-operation;
• Describe the various Procurement Strategies relevant to International
Acquisition;
• Recognise the content and format of a Memorandum of Understanding;
• Contribute/understand the technical, financial (including cost and work share
implications) and commercial considerations (including the importance of
Intellectual Property Rights) and other issues associated with International
Acquisition;
• Other considerations and Cultural Drivers. |
