| Description: |
This course introduces delegates to the need to control and report on Hazardous Materials within their Integrated Project Teams (IPT). It explains what we need to control
and why we need to control it. It introduces common terms, current legislation and MoD policy regarding Hazardous Materials. Delegates are introduced to the HazMat Software application and given a demonstration of how it
works. In this Admin session, delegates have access to a workstation and are given a chance to use the application in a series of exercises. Following attendance of this course delegates will be issued, by e-mail, with
Log on details for the Live and Training versions of the Application. |
| Aim: |
The aim of the course is to provide delegates with sufficient knowledge to understand the reasons for the control and reporting of Hazardous Materials and to introduce them to the
Software Application that would enable them to do this. |
