| Description: |
This on-line course is the third in a suite of courses which
will give personnel working in the Catering, Retail and Leisure environment
required for their roles as a supervisor. It provides an overview of the subject
and the knowledge required to progress to the next level course if required. |
| Aim: |
To provide delegates in the role of Catering, Retail and Leisure
(CRL) Supervisors with the skills to administer Core Catering Manpower and to
manage the Commercial Relationship. |

2 Hours Approximately. |
| Pre-Requisites: |
• Catering, Retail and Leisure - Awareness On-Line Training (CRL-A);
• Catering, Retail and Leisure - Practitioner On-Line Training (CRL-P).
Delegates must be working in or being posted into the CRL environment. |

for the package is £125 excluding VAT. The package consists of Catering,
Retail and Leisure - Awareness (CRL-A), Practitioner (CRL-P), Supervisor (CRL-S)
