Topics covered include: RCA Workbench, Approvals Workflow, Forward Pricing Programme, FATS Tasking, Document Drafting, Invitations to Tender and Offers of Contract, Rules based Drafting, Requests for Quote, ITT Amendments; Commercial Evaluation - Bids and ITT Compliance Matrix; Splitting Tenders, Awards, Declines and Bringing a Contract into Being, DEFFORM 57, Compliance Matrix, Contract Amendments, DEFFROM 57A, Contract Price History and DEFFORM 132.
Aim:	A refresher training course for existing commercial users.
Duration:	2 days non-residential.
Pre-Requisites:	An existing Contract Management User who has previously attended Introduction to Contract Management Tools (CM-I).
