| Description: |
This on-line course is designed to provide Inventory Managers new
to DE&S (and existing Inventory Managers who wish to refresh existing knowledge)
with a basic awareness of the Inventory Management function across the Joint
Supply Chain. It covers the Inventory Management subject matter from a
tri-service perspective, focussing on those areas of common
policy/process/impact etc, across the Air, Land or Maritime environment. It is
also an essential pre-requisite for the Inventory Management Practitioner –
Basic (IMPB) Workshop. All Inventory Managers are required to gain their Licence
within six months of taking up post, and as such the questions contained within
the licence will be based upon the content of both this e-learning course and
the Inventory Management Practitioner – Basic Workshop. |

of role. |
