Flexible Resourcing in MS Project 2003e
Course Code FRMSP
Description: This short course will provide an overview of the population of Flexible Resourcing templates using MS Project 2003e (under the DE&S Flexible Resourcing Initiative).
Aim: To instruct delegates on how to populate Flexible Resourcing templates with the required level of information to support the business.
Duration: 0.5 days non-residential. The course is run both in the morning (FRM-A) and afternoon (FRM-B).
Pre-Requisites: None. However, it is recommended that students have prior experience of using MS Project 2003 (or the Enterprise variant MS Project 2003e) before attending the course.

Designed For: All DE&S staff who have a requirement to populate Flexible Resourcing templates.
Objectives: By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

•Populate Flexible Resourcing templates, using MS Project, to the standard required to support business needs
